Vietnam Israel Double Taxation TreatyVietnam and Israel signed on August 4, 2009 a double taxation agreement regarding taxes on income and capital gains between the two countries. The treaty is expected to strengthen the economic ties between Vietnam and Israel. So far the capital investment by Israeli companies has reached 11.7 USD millions.
