Netherlands' 2011 DeficitFebruary 2012 According to a release by the Dutch ministry of finance preliminary data for 2011 show a budget deficit of 4.8% of the gross domestic product. The estimate is a deterioration of 0.2% compared with the Autumn estimate, resulting inter-alia from tax revenues which were lower than expected.
