Ethiopia U.K. Double Tax TreatyJune 2011 Ethiopia and the U.K. signed in London on June 9 a tax treaty between the two countries. The treaty generally follows the OECD model on exchange of information and includes, inter- alia, low tax withholding rates. 10% withholding for dividend, 5% for interest and 7.5% for royalties.
